As I often say, Central New York is a great place to live, and my husband and I love living in Fayetteville-Manlius. We love the villages, the schools, the nature and the community we have along with easy access to our favorite activities. Are you looking to make your home in the Fayetteville-Manlius community? Here’s a list of our favorite things, and maybe by the time you’re done reading your mind will be made up!

Sno Top

In business and a landmark of Manlius for over 60 years. This little ice cream stand is the place to be on summer nights, after concerts or a baseball game or a great way to finish a date.

Green Lakes

The lake is a gorgeous place to take the family for all your outside adventures. Picnics, long walks, golf – it has it all!

Geocashing/Letterboxing

Little local treasure hunts help you and the kids get outside and away from screens! This is a great way to get out and explore your local area.

Mill Run Park

We love this wonderful park right in the heart of Manlius. Great for BBQs, pick up baseball or kickball, and short hikes or you can try your hand at catching crawfish in the creek!

Easy access to schools and playgrounds

I live in Glenn Eagle and have always loved the short walk to the Enders Road playground. Whether you are in Manlius or Fayetteville, there are several great neighborhoods with the schools right in walking distance.

Our communities shine through the neighborhood life - get out and meet your neighbors via your neighborhood association or better yet - start one!
