Fair and honest treatment throughout the offer and negotiation process, coupled with prompt, ongoing and open communication, can enhance the chances that all buyers – successful or not – will feel they were treated fairly and honestly. Handling multiple offers is a delicate process.
3) Online Resources: Buyers are making online decisions through photographs, Google maps, pricing vs. other homes that have sold in the neighborhood. The internet has a great deal of information. It is important for sellers to hire an agent, so the agent can work with them to put their best foot forward with staging, photographs and description. Selling real estate is an active activity not passive. Look for agents who go the extra step to get your home SOLD by giving you the right advice!
