VILLAGE OF MANLIUS, NY - A major multi-use project that would fill an entire block in the village of Manlius has been proposed.
The 105,795-square-foot complex would be on six acres on the block stretching from the existing CVS pharmacy to a point opposite the Bank of America building.
The project will be more than three times the size of Madison Row, which is a recently built plaza across the street from the proposed project.
The new project's developer, RHS Holdings LLC, built the Marriott Courtyard in Armory Square and renovated the building it uses as its headquarters, also in Armory Square.
