As I often say, Central New York is a great place to live, and my husband and I love living in Fayetteville-Manlius. We currently find ourselves in a “sellers market” – and while this phrase is thrown around often in the real estate field, we don’t often talk about what it means and what its implications are. School is back in session and although it doesn’t feel like it, the fall weather is right around the corner. I love autumn in Central New York and everything it brings; apple picking, gorgeous leaves, and of course, sweater weather! I also love getting out in my yard and preparing my home as the seasons change. Just like spring cleaning, fall preparation in one’s home brings about the new season with a peaceful satisfaction.
